A Comparative Study of the Concept of Life and Death in Greek and Chinese Mythology

从生死观的角度解读中国神话和希腊神话,分析其中生动有趣的神话故事,进而探究它们所折射出来的生死观。中、希各自丰富多彩的神话故事间接而又生动地表现了原始人类对死亡的各种解读,体现了他们对生命存在的真正意义和价值的领悟。

This thesis is just to read the Chinese and Greek mythology from the aspect of life and death. Through analyzing the vivid and interesting stories, it is going to explore the life and death concept in them. It is discovered that these colorful stories indirectly while vividly reflected the varied concepts of life and death of an- cient people. And then we can comprehend the real meaning and value of the existing life of human being.
