摘要
在安徽省淮河漫滩地区,长期采用夯扩桩作为工业与民用建筑的桩基础,但当15m埋深范围内没有桩端持力层时,采用传统的桩基础存在成本高、工期长等问题。介绍了一种新型的桩基础——预应力管桩在该地区的成功应用。通过一个施工实例介绍预应力管桩适应的地层条件、设计步骤和施工质量检验方法等,为今后预应力管桩在该区的大范围推广使用积累了经验。
Tamping and expanding piles have been used as pile foundation of civil building in Huaihe river flood- plain areas of Anhui province for a long time. But the cost and time are problems when using traditional pile foundation, as there is no pile point supporting layer in 15m burial depth. This paper introduces a new prestressed pipe pile foundation, including its applicable layer conditions, design process and quality inspection. Its application will surely accumulate experiences for widely using in larger range in the areas in future.
