摘要
教师资源是否得到优化配置,会影响到整个学校的办学质量和效益。就美国高校在教师资源配置方面的策略,比如招聘、培训、激励及结构比例等方面进行了分析,并探讨了对我国高校教师资源配置的启示。
Whether the teaching resource in a university is right or not will have impact on the quality of running a university. This paper mainly analyzes the tendency to optimize the recruitment, training and motivation in American universities and finally summarizes its enlightenment.
