摘要
高校党支部是高校中最基层的党组织,与人民群众有着直接而又密切的联系,在客观上是党联系群众的桥梁与纽带。以北京工业职业技术学院汽车党支部为例,主要阐述了在新形势下党支部如何结合专业发展情况,在人才培养模式与课程建设、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、对外交流和社会服务等方面发挥作用,并将其形成长效机制,为专业发展贡献更大的力量。
The party branch in colleges and universities is the basic party organization, which is directly and closely related to the masses. Taking the automobile party branch in Beijing polytechnic College for example, this paper mainly discusses how the party branch combine specialty development and function in talent training mode, curriculum construction, construction of practice bases, construction of teaching staff, foreign exchange, social service, etc. to form long- term mechanism and contribute more to the specialty development.
