摘要
转WMV-2CP基因甜瓜的小鼠急性和亚急性毒性试验、致突变试验以及30d喂养安全性分析试验.其小鼠经口急性毒性半致死量LD50>90g/kg体重试验,表明该转基因食品属实际无急性毒性物质;微核实验和精子畸变实验及Ames实验均未发现有致突变作用;30d喂养试验,54、108、162g/kg体重各剂量组小鼠发育、增重、食物利用率、血常规、脏体比及病理组织学等各项指标和基础对照组比较均无显著性差异.上述结果初步表明转WMV-2CP基因甜瓜对小鼠没有毒性,属安全食品.
Safety assessment of virus-resistant transgenic Cucumis melo was carried out. Toxicity experiments, mutation experiments, and 30-d feeding test were conducted on mice with transgenic Cucumis melo bearing WMV-2CP gene. The results show that oral LD50for mice is larger than 90 g/kg so that the transgenic Cucumis melo belongs to nontoxic food. No mutation is found in micronucleus test, spermium aberration test or Ames test. The mice groups with 54, 108, 162 g/kg dosage have good development in 30 day feeding test. No obvious differences are found in the index of weight, food utilization rate, routine blood test, rate of organ to body (weight to weight), and patho-histological observations between mice fed with or without the transgenic Cucumis melo. It shows that transgenic watermelon with WMV-1CP gene is safe to mice.
