一株鮸鱼溃疡致病菌的分离及鉴定 被引量:5

Isolation and Identification of A Pathogenic Bacterium Causing Ulcer Disease of Miiuy Croaker(Miichthys Miiuy)

摘要 该研究从宁波市象山港鮸鱼养殖区患病鮸鱼肾脏中分离到1株优势菌Mm041,人工回感试验确定该菌株为致病菌株,测定其对鮸鱼的半致死量为3.0×106 CFU.通过形态学观察、生理生化特征鉴定,并结合细菌16SrRNA基因序列同源性和系统发育分析,确定Mm041为美人鱼发光杆菌.药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对氯霉素、羧苄青霉素、头孢哌酮(先锋必)高度敏感. The experment islated, a dominant bacterial species, termed as Mm041 from the kidney of a diseased miiuy croaker (Miichthys miiuy). By artificial infection tests, Mm041 was characterized to be the pathogenic bacterium causing ulcer disease of miiuy croaker, and its LD50 was 3. 0 ×10^6 CFU. Based on the biological characteristics and 16s rRNA sequence analysis, Mm041 was classified as an isolate of Photobacterium damselae. The result of the antibiotic sensitivity test show that Mm041 is highly sensitive to chloramphenicol, carbenicillin and cefoperazone.
