摘要
目的将巴戟口服液制备成胶囊制剂。方法采用高速搅拌制粒技术将其制成颗粒,填充胶囊。结果制备出性质良好的胶囊剂。结论 胶囊剂克服了口服液的携带、运输不便,稳定性较差的缺点,提高了制剂的稳定性。
Objective To Prepare Baji capsules from Baji oral solution. Methods The high-speed mixing granulation technology was used to prepare particles, filled capsules. Results The prepared capsules have excellent properties. Conclusion Oral capsules overcomed the transport inconvenience, disadvantage of poor stability and improved formulation stability.
