HPLC法测定川桐皮中常春藤皂苷元的含量

Determination of Hederagenin in Septemlobate kalopanax Bark.by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定川桐皮中常春藤皂苷元的含量。方法色谱柱为Welch Materials XB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(68:32),流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温:40℃;检测波长为210 nm。结果常春藤皂苷元在进样量为0.693 4～ 3.467 0μg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=2.50%。结论 本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于川桐皮中常春藤皂苷元的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hederagenin in Septemlobate kalopanax Bark. Methods The Welch Materials XB-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm）column was used, the mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.05%Phosphate （68 ： 32）, the flow rate was 1 mL.min^-1 , the column temperature was 40 ℃ , and the UV detector wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results The cablibration curve of hederagenin was linear within a range of 0.693 4-3.467 0 μg, the average recovery was 99.50% and the RSD was 2.50%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatable, it can be applied in determination of hederagenin in Septernlobate kalopanax Bark.
