α-L-岩藻糖苷酶测定在糖尿病诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)与糖尿病控制的关系。方法测定50例糖尿病糖代谢未控制患者和30例糖代谢控制好的糖尿病患者及50例健康对照者血清AFU水平。结果糖代谢控制差组AFU测定结果显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而糖代谢控制好组AFU测定结果与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 AFU在糖尿病糖代谢失控时明显偏高,可作为观察糖尿病血糖控制的临床指标。
