摘要
[目的]总结钽棒及人工骨植入术治疗股骨头坏死病人的护理。[方法]对33例(33髋)早、中期股骨头坏死病人行钽棒及人工骨植入术治疗,同时加强术前护理、术后体位护理、切口护理、疼痛护理、功能锻炼等。[结果]33例病人均未发生术后感染;术后Harris评分提高,优良率达98%。[结论]加强早、中期股骨头坏死病人行钽棒及人工骨植入术治疗的护理是手术成功的保证。
Objective：To summarize the nursing care of tantalum rod and artificial bone implantation to treat femoral head necrosis patients.Methods：33 cases of early and mid-femoral head necrosis patients accepted tantalum rod and artificial bone implantation,at the same time preoperative care,postoperative posture care,cut care,pain care,functional exercise.Results：The 33 cases were without the occurrence of postoperative infection;postoperative H score increase,the excellent and good rate was 98%.Conclusion：Strengthen the early stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head in patients with tantalum rod and artificial bone implantation for the treatment of nursing home is the assurance of successful operation.
