摘要
硝酸甘油是平滑肌松弛剂,用于治疗肾绞痛100例,经舌下含0.5mg(绞痛剧烈者含1mg),5-30min内疼痛缓解,总有效率94％;85例检查到结石者中有55例为输尿管结石,对其中15例于大量饮水1d后,舌下含0.5mg,tid-qid,结果12例于用药后1-12d内排出结石或结石位置明显下移,有效率80％,20例肾结石患者用同法连续应用2mo,结石无1例排出或下移。
Nitroglycerin, a relaxant for smooth muscle, 0.5 mg sublingually was given to 100 patients with acute attacks of renal colic. Symptomatic relief was noticed within 5-30 min (94%). In 12 out 15 patients the ureteral calculi were expelled by drinking a fair amount of water beforehand, and nitroglycerin 0.5 mg tid-qid, sublingually for 1-12 d. Kidney calculi in 20 patieats were unaffected,
and prolonged medication is inadvisable.
