精神发育迟滞患者710例司法精神病学鉴定资料分析

The Analysis for 710 Forensic psychiatry cases of mental retardant patients

目的:为了研究精神发育迟滞的作案类型及涉案特点。方法:对本鉴定所1999年9月1日至2009年12月31日(均由作者参加的)有关精神发育迟滞鉴定资料统计分析。结果:男女之比为1∶1.44。性犯罪494例(69.5%)。男女智力差异显著(P<0.01),女性智力明显落后。男性发案率依次为强奸、纵火、盗窃、抢劫、杀人等,轻、中度精神发育迟滞为主,与文献报道有异;女性发案率以被强奸突出,且未成年,中、重度精神发育迟滞为主,与文献报道相同。结论:精神发育迟滞的司法精神病学鉴定以刑事案件为主,男女智力水平及发案率明显不同。

Objective：To study the types and characters of the criminal cases caused by mental retardant patients. Methods： We had a meta analysis for all cases Which happened cluring sep. 1. 1999 to Dec. 31. 2009. Results： The sexual differevue rate is1：1. 42. The sexual criminal cases wre 493, （ ratio is 69.5% ）. The difference of intelligence between mule and famale is notable, which the femaleg is sicker. In man. the criminal list is rape , arson, steal, rob and homicide, etc, While in Woman, it is chiefly had been raped. spelially, those criminal cases happened in kids or moderate, severe menfal retardant female patients, As well as been reporteel by other studies. Conclusions： The forensic psychiatric cases caused by mental retardaht patients are the most of notable criminal case, the IQ, and the Ratio are quiet differece between mare with Woman.
