绘画艺术疗法在心理治疗中的疗效及应用现状

The Therapeutic Effect of Drawings Art Therapy and Its Application Situation in the Psychotherapy

目的:从理论研究,作用机理,疗效及应用现状对绘画艺术疗法这一技术做基本的介绍和探讨。方法:应用计算机在线检索PubMed与ScienceDirect及EBBSCO数据库2000-01/2010-11期间国外关于艺术疗法/绘画疗法方面的文献,检索词为"Art Therapy",限定语言种类为English;另检索中国期刊全文数据库2000/2010的论文,检索词为"绘画治疗/疗法,艺术治疗/疗法",限定语言种类为中文;查阅了2000年来的中英文的相关著作;又在Google等引擎搜索相关资料作为补充。对资料进行初审,选择文献并阅读全文。纳入标准:涉及绘画疗法或艺术疗法。排除标准:英文原文无全文或与本文无关的论文。共收集到相关文献83篇,按上述标准纳入30篇,其余为重复或无关文献被排除。结果:绘画艺术疗法作为一种独特的心理治疗手段,在促进患者情绪和认知功能恢复、社交功能、精神症状和躯体症状的改善等方面均有着独特的疗效,其运用范围十分广泛。结论:绘画艺术疗法是一种十分有效的心理治疗方法,疗效独特,而且随着研究的不断深入,其应用前景将得到不断的发展。

Objective：To introduce and explore the drawing art therapy based on its theoretical research, mechanism, therapeutic effect and application situation. Methods：The computerbased online searches of PubMed, ScienceDirect and EBBSCO database were undertaken for literature about art therapy at home and abroad published in English between January 2000 and November 2010 with the key words of ＂Art Therapy＂. China Journal Full -text Database （CJFD） was also searched for the articles between 2000 and 2010 with the key words of ＂art/arts therapy, drawing therapy＂ in Chinese. Meanwhile, the author searched the books on drawing art therapy since 2000 both in Chinese and English. At last, certain data were taken from Google as complementarity. The data were selected firstly and the full texts were searched. Inclusive criteria： articles about art therapy or drawing therapy. Exclusive criteria： English original text without the full text and the articles irrelevant to this manuscript. A total of 83 literatures were collected. 30 of them met the inclusive criteria, and the rest that were repetitive research or irrelevant literatures were excluded. Results： As a unique tech- nology, drawing art therapy improves patients＇ emotion function, cognition functions, social abilities, mental symptoms and somatic symptoms, and has been widespread used. Conclusions： Drawing art therapy is one of the very effective technologies in psychothera pies. As the advancing of research, application prospect of drawing art therapy will be continuously developed.
