高职园林工程专业工学结合人才培养模式构建与探索

本文通过市场调研,确定了高职园林工程专业以就业为导向,构建专业设置与专业培养目标适应企业一线技术及管理岗位需要的培养体系。以行业制定的职业能力标准和国家统一职业资格等级证书制度为依据,以培养学生的职业能力、职业道德及可持续发展能力为出发点,把岗位职业能力标准作为教学核心内容,推行工学结合的教学模式,使理论学习与实践教学完美融合。

Professional training goal meeting the base professional technical and management positions with employ- ment -oriented was determined through market research. In the paper, cultivating model was constructed with in- dustry developing professional competency standards and national vocational qualification level certificate system as the basis to develop the students＇ professional competence, ethics and sustainable development, and the post pro- fessional competency standards as the teaching core content.
