基于SMC模型的航空公司常旅客活跃度分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来由于客户关系管理的兴起,Schmittlein等提出的SMC模型作为描述客户重复购买行为的基础模型得到广泛关注和应用,但对该模型还缺乏更多行业的实证检验。文章应用SMC模型进行航空公司常旅客的活跃度分析,验证了该模型的有效性,并讨论其在客户基分析和客户分类管理方面的应用。
