本文报道6例在垂体后叶素应用过程中出现低钠血症及水中毒表现、包括临床表现及实验室检查。重点分析垂体后叶素引起水中毒的机理、防治的重要性及方法。

In managing the hemorrhage form alimentary tract in 6 patients with posterior pituitary hormone, hyponatremia and water intoxication is worthwhile to pay attention to. In these patients, the sodium concentration of blood fell below 120 mmol/L, and that of urine above 20 mmol/L. The imbalance of electrolyte caused cerebral edema with mental disorder or unconsciousness in dominance might mislead into cerebral diseases. To withdraw the causative remedy and to restrict the fluid intake not more than 1500 ml/d should be specially emphasized.
