开发区向综合新城区转型的空间路径研究——以无锡新区为例

Transition of Development Park toward New Urban District: Wuxi Example

当前我国经济发达地区的开发区普遍出现了向功能综合、配套完善的新城区转型的趋势。开发区应积极顺应这一趋势,更新规划建设理念,重构空间组织模式,调整开发区用地结构,大幅提高城市型用地比例,对产业园区的重点地区和一般地区采用不同的空间转型路径,化解传统建设模式遗留的城市型功能发育不足、增量用地空间有限、综合服务能力和品质欠缺等空间问题,实现开发区的顺利转型。

Development parks in developed regions are transiting toward comprehensive new urban districts. Development parks should follow the trend and introduce new planning concepts. They should restructure space, adjust land uses, dramatically increase urban land use, and adopt different approaches for emphatic areas and common areas. Traditional problems like urban functions, land shortage, and low quality urban services should be avoided.
