葡萄糖酸锌含服治疗感冒132例的临床试验

A clinical trial of zinc gluconate for common cold in 132 patients

4个医院协作对感冒患者176例进行临床试验,132例用葡萄糖酸锌片,44例用葡萄糖酸钙片作对照。结果表明,葡萄糖酸锌组的总有效率为90.2％,而葡萄糖酸钙组为41％,2组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。除个别出现胃部不适或恶心外,未见其他副作用,安全范围大、起效快、疗程短。

Zinc gluconate was used sublingually to treat 132 patients of common cold and calcium gluconale for 44 patients as controls.The former received two tab-lets(each containing 14 nig zinc)q 2 h, half dosage in children,2 d as a course, while the latter received in the similar way(each containing 9 nig calcium). The total response rates were 90.2% and 41% respectively with significant difference (P<0.01). Some gastric distress and nausea were seen. The advantage was prompt effect and short course of treatment.
