运用集对分析法对土地整治项目综合评价研究

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Land Remediation Projects by Set Pair Analysis

根据土地整治工程特点,采用集对分析法构建模型,对土地整治工程的生态、经济和社会效益进行评价,旨在为土地整理的评价提供新的方法和思路。以集对与关联函数理论为基础,建立了集对综合评价的物元模型,通过计算其关联度,将多因子的评价归结为单目标决策,以定量的数值表示评定结果,从而能较完整地反映土地整治项目的可持续发展水平。结果表明,该土地整治项目可持续发展居于良好水平。同时该实例评价也验证了集对分析模型的可操作性和科学性。
