泡沫沥青材料强度形成机理及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的强度形成机理进行分析,并研究发泡效果、旧料加热温度及养生时间对泡沫沥青的强度影响。沥青与细集料形成粘结团的粘结力及集料的嵌挤作用是泡沫沥青材料形成强度的主要因素;试验结果表明,通过提高泡沫沥青的膨胀率、提高拌合时集料温度、适当增加养生时间是提高泡沫沥青混合料强度的有效方法。 This paper studied on the strength mechanism and influencing factors of mixture strength. Foaming conditions, temperature and curing time were taken account as the strength factors. The bonds which were made of asphalt and fine aggregate have contributions to forming strength. The results showed they were effective methods to raise the strength of foamed asphalt mixture by raising the foaming radio, mixing temperature and curing time.
