不同储存年限广陈皮的多甲氧基黄酮提取研究

Study on the extraction of polymethoxylated flavones from Citrus reticulata 'Chachi' of different storage years

采用水、95%乙醇、水蒸汽蒸馏和超临界CO2流体分别提取广陈皮中的多甲氧基黄酮(PMFs),用紫外分光光度法(UV)测定所得提取物中PMFs的含量,并考察了广陈皮的储存年份对提取的影响。结果表明,在四种提取物中,超临界CO2流体萃取产物(SFE提取物)的PMFs含量(以提取物计算)最高,其次为醇提物,水蒸汽蒸馏产物(SD提取物)和水提物中PMFs的含量较低。值得注意的是,由于95%乙醇对广陈皮的提取率较高,醇提物中PMFs的提取率(以药材计算)最高。因此,95%乙醇和超临界CO2流体均能较好地将广陈皮中PMFs提取出来。但是,随着广陈皮的储存年份延长,其95%乙醇提取物和SFE提取物中PMFs的含量均呈下降趋势。

The extraction of polymethoxylated flavones（PMFs）from Citrus reticulata ＇Chachi＇ was investigated in the present study.The Citrus reticulata ＇Chachi＇ was extracted using distilled water,95% ethanol,steam distillation（SD）and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction（SFE）,respectively,and the obtained extracts were then subjected to ultraviolet analysis to evaluate their contents of PMFs.As a result,the content of PMFs（% of dry weigh of the extract）in the SFE extract was highest among the four extracts,followed by that in the ethanol extract.The contents of PMFs in the aqueous extract and SD extract were lower.It is noteworthy that the extractive yield of PMFs（% of dry weigh of the plant）in the ethanol extract was higher than that in the SFE extract due to the higher extractive yield of the ethanol extract.In summary,both 95% ethanol and supercritical CO2 fluid could effectively extract PMFs from Citrus reticulate ＇Chachi＇.Subsequently,the contents of PMFs in SFE and ethanol extracts obtained from the plants of different storage years were investigated.The result indicated that the contents of PMFs in both SFE and ethanol extracts decreased with the increaseing of the storage years.
