1′-溴代烷基二茂铁的合成与表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of 1′-alkylbromoferrocenes

摘要 由溴代二茂铁与5种脂肪酰氯(RCOCl、R=CH3、C2H5、n-C3H7、n-C4H9、n-C5H11)作用得到了5种1′-酰基溴代二茂铁,继而用克莱门森还原反应将5种酰化产物还原为相应的标题化合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对这些新化合物的组成和结构进行了表征。 The 5 1′-acylbromoferrocenes were synthesized by the Friedel-Crafts reaction of bromoferrocene with five acylchlorides RCOCl(R=CH3,C2H5,n-C3H7,n-C4H9,n-C5H11).Then 1′-acylbromoferrocenes were reduced to 1′-alkylbromoferrocenes by Clemmenson reaction.All new compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.
