知母多糖的提取及含量和抗氧化活性的测定 被引量:9

The extraction, determination and antioxydant activity of anemarans

摘要 根据知母中多糖的酸碱性分别采用水提和碱提的方法进行提取,经过二次不同浓度醇沉,得到了2种中性和2种酸性多糖。对几种多糖的多糖和蛋白的含量进行了测定。并对其抗氧化能力进行了考察。由实验证明了知母中中性多糖的纯度明显高于酸性多糖,但是酸性多糖的蛋白含量明显高于中性多糖,85%醇沉多糖的抗氧化能力较强。 Base on the property of the polysaccharides in the plant of Rhizome of anemarrhena, water and acid were designed as the extraction solvents and two kinds of polysaccharide were got. About the determination, glucose and glucan were as the standard substances; the proteinum was determined by the Coomassie brilliant blue-250. From the above experiments, we got the conclusion that the neutral polysaccharides are much purer than the acidic polysaccharides; while the content of proteinum much lower than the acidic polysaccharides. From the antioxydant experiments, we got the message that the polysaccharides got from 85% ethanol were had better activity.
