摘要
用荧光光谱法研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)与四碘荧光素(TIF)的荧光性质,建立了一种检测微量表面活性剂的新方法。结果表明:在pH9.42的氨性缓冲溶液中,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵使四碘荧光素的荧光强度显著增强,体系的激发波长和发射波长分别为529.0nm和560.0nm。阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB质量浓度在0~20.0μg/mL范围与ΔF有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.0348μg/mL,平均回收率为98.6%~102.3%。方法具有高灵敏度和良好选择性,用于环境水中十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的测定,结果令人满意。
A new fluorescent photometric method was discussed for the determination of cetyl-trimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) by tetraiodofluorescein(TIF). The results indicate that in the buffer solution of NH3-NH4Cl at pH 9.42, the TIF -CTMAB fluorescent complex has maximum excitation at 529 nm, and maximum emission at 560 nm, the fluorescence intensities of the complex is enhanced by 2 times more than TIF. The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the amount of CTMAB in the range of 0~20.0 μg/mL, with detection limits of 0.0348 μg/mL, average recovery is 98.6%~102.3%. Here we show that a new fluorescent determination method with high sensitivity and fairly good selectivity is established for determining trace CTMAB and the proposed method has also been applied to the determination of CTMAB in environmental water with satisfactory results.
