Japan′s Earthquake Insurance System and Its Enlightenment to China′s Catastrophe Insurance

日本地震保险制度是世界上比较先进和完善的地震保险制度,今年的"3.11东日本大地震"更是让日本地震保险制度备受关注,研究日本地震保险制度对探索中国巨灾保险制度具有重要意义。本文在介绍日本地震保险制度建立和发展的基础上,重点研究了日本地震保险制度的主要内容、特点和重要作用,并提出了对我国发展巨灾保险的几点启示。

Japan′s earthquake insurance system is the most advanced and comprehensive in the world,3.11 East Japan Earthquake made the Japan′s earthquake insurance system attract more attention,Therefore,the study of Japan′s earthquake insurance system is important to explore China′s catastrophe insurance system.Based on an introduction of the establishment and development of Japan′s earthquake insurance system,we research the main contents,features and effects of Japan′s earthquake insurance,finally point out the enlightenment to China′s catastrophe insurance.
