This paper analyzes the external and internal factors influencing university library＇s professional ethics construction, puts forward several measures for university library＇s professional ethics construction, which include establishing librarian＇s innovative professional concept and service philosophy, strengthening librarian＇ s comprehensive auality and professional skills, and promoting the whole enhancement of library＇ s professional and moral level.
