图书馆人性化管理是图书馆服务的发展方向,它建立在以读者为本、以读者情感为中心的情感互动服务上。情感互动服务更关注读者的情感体验,尊重读者的个性需求,它是真正"以人为本"的人性化服务管理模式。介绍了图书馆情感互动服务的内涵,阐述了情感互动服务的类型。
Library's humanized management, which is the development direction of library's service, is based on the readers and the emotional interactive service centered on readers' emotion. The emotional interactive service, which pays more attentions to emotional experiences and respects readers' individual demands, is truly the people-based personalized service mode. This paper introduces the connotations of library's emotional interactive service, and expounds the types of emotional interactive service.
