Intemet＇s popularization has produced very big influence on knowledge information＇s release, transmission and utilization, and being as the organizer and manager of the information, university library is also the important participator of university＇s teaching and seienti^e research, and the form of its participating in the teaching and scientific research will change inevitably with the development of the times. On the development view, this paper analyzes the new development of university library＇ s function of participating in the teaching and scientific research in the network times.
