图书馆是为公众服务的信息机构,在图书馆进行信息服务的过程中,不可避免地涉及著作权问题。分析了图书馆服务中涉及的著作权问题,提出了防止图书馆侵权的措施。

The library is an information institute serving the public, and the copyright issue is inevitably involved in library ＇s information service. This paper analyzes the copyright issue involved in library＇s service, and puts forward some measures for preventing the infringement of the library.
