基于矩阵分析法的辨证论治效果评价方法探讨

Research on Effective Assessment Method for Pattern Differentiation and Treatment Based on Matrix Analysis Method

探索国际医学界认可的疗效评价方法是解决"中医药有效性"问题的关键之一,中医临床疗效评价主要是辨证论治效果的评价,但是目前尚未见到针对辨证论治效果评价的科学方法。人体是一个开放的复杂的巨系统,辨证论治的思维过程是针对复杂巨系统的调治,矩阵分析法是一种从定性到定量的综合集成研究方法,其主要适用于解决开放的复杂巨系统的问题。文章主要介绍矩阵分析法的构建方法,初步探索其在辨证论治效果评价中的应用。

It is a key question to explore an internationally recognized clinical effective assessment method to prove TCM （traditional Chinese medicine） validity. The clinical effective assessment of TCM essentially is that of pattern dif- ferentiation and treatment assessment, but there is not a scientific method for its assessment. The human body is a giant open system with complexity and the thinking process of pattern differentiation and treatment is to regulate this system. The matrix model is an integrated assessment method from qualitative to quantitative analysis, which fits for solving the problem involved by a giant open complex system. This paper mainly introduced the method and preliminarily explored its application in pattern differentiation and treatment assessment.
