慢性肾衰临床辨证面诊特征信息与肾功能的关联研究

Studies on the Relationship Between the Facial Complexion Characters and Kidney Function in TCM Clinical Syndrome of Chronic Renal failure

目的:探讨慢性肾衰不同证型面色参数与病理生化指标的相互关系。方法:应用中医面色检测仪采集慢性肾功能衰竭患者面色特征信息,同步收集其病史资料及病理生化指标。结果:慢性肾衰五证型各面色参数与病理生化指标之间存在一定的相关性:其中脾肾气虚型面色指数与尿素氮、肾小球滤过率的相关系数分别为-0.244、0.232;脾肾阳虚型面色指数与尿素氮、血肌酐的相关系数分别为-0.419、-0.416;肝肾阴虚型面色指数与尿酸的相关系数为0.379;气阴两虚型面色参数中红色比例与尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、肾小球滤过率的相关系数分别为0.334、0.275、0.390、0.4171。湿浊证面色参数中黑色比例与尿酸的相关系数为-0.158;湿热证面色指数与尿素氮的相关系数为-0.278。结论:慢性肾衰五证型的面色参数与临床病理生化指标尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸、肾小球滤过率存在一定的相关性,表明中医临床病证面色变化可用现代医学语言来诠释。

Collecting the medical history datum and pathological - biochemical indi- cators at the same time. Results ： There are some certain correlations on the facial color parameters and pathological - bio- chemical indicators among the five Syndromes of chronic renal failure： Spleen and kidney deficiency, facial color index with BUN, GFR correlation coefficients were -0.244,0. 2321 ;Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney ,facial color index with BUN, Scr correlation coefficients were - 0. 419, - 0. 416 ; yin deficiency of liver and kidney, facial color index with BUA was 0. 379 ; Qi and Yin deficiency, the red proportion of facial color parameters with BUN, Scr, BNA, GFR correlation Coefficients were 0.334, 0. 275 ,0. 390,0. 4171 ; wet muddy syndrome ,the black proportion of facial color pa- rameters with BNA correlation coefficients was -0. 158. hot and damp syndrome ,facial color index with BUN correlation coefficients was - 0.278. Conclusions ： Chronic renal failure five syndromes facial color parameters and clinical pathology blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, uric acid, glomerular filtration rate and albumin exists certain correlation, indica- ting that facial color changes in Chinese medicine clinical syndrome can interpret the language of modern medicine Lan- guage.
