摘要
目的:建立栀子柏皮颗粒中指标性成分栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil ODS-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为238nm。结果:栀子苷的线性范围为1.626～162.6μg.mL-1,平均回收率为98.12%(n=9),RSD为1.25%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏,重现性好,适用于栀子柏皮颗粒的含量测定。
Objective ： To develop an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in ZhiziBaipi Granules. Methods ： Geniposide were separated on an RP C18 column （5 μm,4.6mm × 250mm） and acetonitrile - water （ 15 ： 85 ） was used as mobile phase. The flow rate were 1.0mL ·min^-1 , with the detect wavelength at 238nm. Results ： The linear ranges was 1. 626 - 162.6μg ·mL^-1. The mean recoveries was 98.12% , with the corresponding RSD 1.25%. Conclusion：The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible.
