HPLC法测定祛癜复色软膏中的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

The Content of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Qudianfuse Ointment by HPLC

目的:建立测定祛癜复色软膏中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用Agi-lent ZORBAX XDB-C18色谱柱,流动相甲醇-水(32∶68),检测波长为246nm,流速1.00mL.min-1。结果:补骨脂素与异补骨脂素进样量在1.504～300.8ng之间峰面积积分值均呈良好的的线性关系,r2=0.9998(n=12),平均回收率为100.22%。结论:该方法简便、快捷、重现性好,适用于祛癜复色软膏的定量分析。

Objective： To build the content methods of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Qudianfuse Ointment. Methods： HPLC, using Agilent ZORBAX XDB-C18 column, mobile phase of methanol - water （32 ： 68） ,detection wavelength： 246nm, flow rate：l. 00mL · min^-1. Results： Psoralen and Isopsoralen injection in the amount of 1. 504 -300.8ng between the value of Peak Area were good linear relationship, r2 = 0. 9998 （ n = 12） ,the average recovery was 100.22%. Conclusion： The method is simple, fast, reproducible, apply to quantitative analysis of Qudiantuse Ointment.
