摘要
目的:为何首乌的真伪鉴别提供科学依据。方法:性状鉴别、理化鉴别、TLC、HPLC。结果:二者有显著差异。结论:4种方法均可用于区分何首乌及其伪品制番薯。
Objective ：To identify the authenticity ofPolygonum multiflorum Thunb. provide the scientific basis. Meth- ods： The microscopical identification, physical and chemical identification, TLC and HPLC. Results： There is a signifi- cant difference. Conclusion ： Four methods can be used to distinguish between Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. and its a- dulterants of sweet potatoes.
