针刺“鼻三针”对过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型IL-4和行为学的实验观察

"The Three Needles" Acupuncture to Allergic Rhinitis Rat Model IL-4, and Behavior of the Experimental Observation

目的:观察针刺"鼻三针"对过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型的血浆中IL-4含量和行为学的影响,揭示针刺"鼻三针"治疗过敏性鼻炎的部分现代生物学和行为学基础。方法:将40只清洁级大鼠(雌、雄各半),随机分成空白对照组、过敏性鼻炎模型对照组、西地利嗪疗组、针刺"鼻三针"治疗组,每组10只。采用卵蛋白全身致敏与局部攻击相结合的方法制作过敏性大鼠模型,观察针刺"鼻三针"治疗后血浆IL-4含量以及行为学的变化,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:模型组血浆IL-4含量明显升高,行为学指标升高,针刺"鼻三针"治疗组血浆IL-4含量含量明显降低,行为学指标比照明显减低。结论:针刺"鼻三针"治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用机制之一,可能是通过降低IL-4含量,从而减轻鼻黏膜变应性炎症,减轻过敏性鼻炎的症状或减缓过敏性鼻炎的发作,以达到治疗过敏性鼻炎的目的,而且能够降低行为学指标,从而有效缓解症状减轻患者痛苦。

Objective ： Observe ＂the three needle ＂acupuncture to allergic rhinitis rat model of a plasma 4 content and behavioral IL, reveals the effect of acupuncture＂ nose needle treatment of allergic rhinitis ＂three parts of the modern biol- ogy and behavioral basis. Methods：Will only clean level 40 rat （male and female） , half and half at random into blank control group, allergic rhinitis model control group, and west diazoxide therapy, acupuncture group at the three stitches in treatment group and each group only 10. The egg albumin systemic sensitization and local against the method of combi- ning the rat model, making allergic observation acupuncture needle ＂treatment＂ nose three plasma IL -4 content and the change of the behavior, and the： results are statistical analysis. Results：Model group plasma 1L -4 content increased sig- nificantly increased, acupuncture, behavioral indicators ＂nose needle＂ three treatment group plasma IL- 4 content con- tent is reduced and behavioral indicators significant decrease mutatis mutandis. Conclusion：Acupuncture ＂ nose needle＂ three treatment of allergic＇ rhinitis, may be one of the mechanism by lowering IL a 4 content, and reducing the nasal mu- cosal inflammation, reduce allergic rhinitis allergic symptoms or slow allergic rhinitis attack, in order to achieve the aim of treatment of allergic rhinitis, but also can reduce the behavioral indexes which effectively relieve symptoms in patients with ease pain.
