摘要
目的:探讨中药外用治疗有头疽的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的受试患者给予用浸有中药煎液的纱布外敷于疮疡表面的方法来治疗,每天1次常规换药,观察疗效。结果:治疗人数70例,临床总有效率100%,临床痊愈67例,平均治疗时间9.6天。结论:中药外敷疗法对有头疽疮面的愈合有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the topical treatment of Chinese Clinical efficacy of the first anthrax. Methods： The subjects of character homes inclusion criteria were treated with the decoction of Chinese medicine with soaked gauze topical approach to the surface of the sore treatment, a routine dressing change every day to observe the effect. Results： The number of 70 cases, clinical total effective rate was 100%. Clinical cure rate was 95.7%, to 67 cases, the average treatment time 9.6 days. Conclusion ： Chinese herbal topical treatment for a head wound healing gangrene has a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
