University library is such a department that the information resources and foreign service personnel are relatively concentrated.How to make use of its own advantages and play its role in upgrading local enterprise＇s core competitive power are worth discussing.This paper analyzes the features of and existing problems in sci-tech innovation of enterprises in Wuxi City,probes into the superiorities of university library in upgrading local enterprise＇s core competitive power,and puts forward some countermeasures for university library to upgrade enterprise＇s core competitive power.
