摘要
当前高校图书馆的借还服务面临着多校区办学、图书借还量激增、读者要求提高等新挑战。为应对挑战,高校图书馆应树立"以读者为本"的服务理念,积极应用现代科技提高服务的质量和效率,可在借还服务中采取预约借书、自助借还、通借通还等应对措施。
The current circulation service in university library is faced with the multi-campus-school-running mode,the explosion of books borrowing amount,and the increase of readers' demands,etc.request raised,etc new challenges.In order to cope with the challenges,university library should establish the people-based service concept,improve the service quality and service efficiency with the positive application of modern technology,and adopt corresponding measures in the circulation service such as the book borrowing reservation,self-circulation,and interlibrary circulation,etc.
