从高校图书馆的实际工作出发,论述了正确认识和处理好高校图书馆与重点学科建设、校园文化建设、创业教育、素质教育、终身教育及科研工作等方面的关系,以满足学校的教学、科研以及服务地方经济发展的需求。

Starting from the actual work of university library,this paper discusses that university library should correctly understand and properly handle various relationships between university library and the construction of key disciplines,the construction of campus culture,the enterprise education,the quality education,the life-long education,and the scientific research,etc.in order to meet the needs of university＇s teaching and scientific research and to serve the local economic development.
