The continuous in depth development of the new curriculum puts forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of middle school librarians.From aspects of the correct ideological concepts,good professional ethics,and comprehensive knowledge,etc.,this paper probes into the quality structure of middle school librarians under the new curriculum environment.
