山西省煤焦油产品质量分析研究

The Analysis and Research on the Quality of Coal Tar Products in Shanxi Province

对山西省15家焦化企业的煤焦油样品进行检测分析,分析项目包括国家标准要求的密度、黏度、水分、灰分以及甲苯不溶物。其中6个样品符合国家标准要求,9个样品存在不同程度的问题。检测结果表明,煤焦油产品质量不稳定,需要企业加强产品质量意识,杜绝生产和销售不合格产品。

The coal tar samples produced by 15 coking enterprises in Shanxi Province are tested and analyzed,the analyzing items include density,viscosity,moisture,ash content and toluene insoluble requested by the national standards.And 6 samples accord with national standards＇ requirements,and 9 samples have problems in different degrees.The test results show that the quality of coal tar products is not stable,enterprises need strengthening the consciousness of product quality,and put an end to the production and sales of qualified products.
