探讨护理风险防范措施在腹腔镜手术中的应用

Discussion on preventive measures for nursing risks applied in laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨护理风险防范措施在腹腔镜手术中的应用。方法 2008年1月-2009年12月对1010例实施腹腔镜手术的患者,手术过程中加强护理风险防范措施,实施风险干预。结果 1004例顺利完成了腹腔镜手术,6例因胆囊动脉出血、腹腔粘连严重术中转开腹;2例患者手臂固定不牢触及输液架,因发现及时未发生电灼伤;4例发生轻度皮下气肿,其余患者均安全渡过手术期。结论对手术患者术中可能存在的护理风险早预见,积极采取相应的措施,是保证手术顺利开展和患者安全的护理关键。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application of preventive measures for nursing risks in laparoscopic surgery.METHODS From Jan 2008 to Dec 2009,1010 patients were conducted operations with laparoscopes.During the course of operation,risk prevention measures of nursing were strengthened,and risk interventions were taken.RESULTS Totally 1,004 patients were operated under laparoscopy successfully,6 patients were done celiotomy because of hemorrhage of cystic artery and serious adhesion of abdominal cavity.The arms of two patients were hot fixed firmly and got to IV stands,but the phenomena were found timely,so electrical burn didn＇t happen.4 patients had low-grade aerodermectasia,the rest of patients passed operation period.CONCLUSION The possible nursing risks exiting in operation should be found as early as possible,and applicable measures should be taken,which would be the key of nursing to ensure success of operation and safety of patients.
