摘要
目的调查医院洁净手术室的空气净化现状,促进医疗机构加强对洁净手术室的管理。方法根据《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》的要求,对无锡市15所医疗机构的96间洁净手术室进行综合性能测试。结果新建洁净手术室的尘埃粒子数、沉降菌、风速或换气次数、静压差、噪声、最低照度、温度和相对湿度的合格率分别为98.53%、100.00%、89.71%、97.06%、98.53%、100.00%、89.71%和88.24%;使用中洁净手术室上述指标的合格率分别为67.86%、85.71%、42.86%、57.14%、92.86%、78.57%、75%和82.14%。结论除新建的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类洁净手术室沉降菌浓度和照度合格率达到100.00%外,其余指标均出现不同程度的不合格现象,尤其是使用中洁净手术室的尘埃粒子数、换气次数、静压差合格率较低,应加强对洁净手术室的监测及管理。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of air purification in hospital cleaning operating room,to promote the management of clean operating room.METHODS A total of 96 clean operating rooms of 15 hospitals were examined and assessed according to the national standards Architectural Technical Code for Hospital clean Operating Department(GB 50333-2002).RESULTS The eligible rates of newly built clean operating rooms of dust particles,depositing bacteria concentration,wind speed or air changes,static pressure difference,noise,minimum illumination,temperature and relative humidity were 98.53%,100.00%,89.71%,97.06%,98.53%,100.00%,89.71% and 88.24%,respectively.The eligible rates of these indicators of the clean operating rooms in using were 67.86%,85.71%,42.86%,57.14%,92.86%,78.57%,75% and 82.14% respectively.CONCLUSION In addition to newly built Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ type clean operating rooms,their eligible rates of the depositing bacteria concentration and illumination are 100.00%.Other indexes are failure of different degrees,especially for the clean operating rooms in using,their eligible rates of dust particles,air changes and static pressure difference are lower.Clean operating room need enhance the detection,some technical parameters of clean operating room in using do not met standard requirements because of the original design and with no regular maintenance.The staff of the hospital need training for air cleaning technology and strengthen management in the future.
