除锈剂的除锈方法及效果探讨

目的探讨除锈剂的最佳使用方法、效果及除锈后的返锈情况。方法选择450件锈蚀比较明显的手术器械随机分为3组,每组150件,第1组采用浸泡方法除锈,第2组采用浸泡+手工刷洗+润滑,第3组采用超声5～10min润滑,用统计学方法对比分析其除锈成功率及返锈情况。结果第1组除锈合格率为43.33%,返锈率为36.92%;第2组除锈合格率为82.67%,返锈率为9.68%,第3组除锈比较好,除锈合格率92.00%,返锈率4.35%,第1组与第2、3组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论除锈能较好的保养手术器械,延长手术器械的使用寿命;而选择一种较好的除锈方法,既能节省劳力,又能提高除锈效果。

OBJECTIVE To find out the best usable method of the rust remover,meanwhile,research on the effectiveness and the reoxidable conditions.METHODS A total of 450 pieces surgical instruments with obvious oxidation were picked up,then divided them into 3 groups randomly.Namely 150 pieces per group.Group 1 was dealt by soaking only.Group 2 was dealt by soaking,washing by hand and lubricating.Group 3 was dealt by ultrasonic washing for 5 to 10 minutes and lubricating.At last,analyse the success rate and the reoxidable conditions according to the statistical data.RESULTS The qualified rate of descaling in group 1 was 36.92%,which was 82.62% in group 2,with return corrosion rate of 9.68%.The effectiveness of the rust removal of Group 3 was better than the others.The success rate could achieve to 92.00% while the return corrosion rate was kept below 4.35% The differences between group 1 and group 2,group 3 were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The action of rust remove can protect the surgical instruments better.That is to say the life length of the surgical instruments can be extended.To adopt a better method for rust remove can not only save the labor,but also improve the effectiveness of the rust removal.
