规范血液透析室医院感染管理与监测的意义

目的规范落实血液透析室医院感染管理与监测,提高血液透析质量,保证患者血液透析安全。方法按《医院感染管理办法》、《血液净化标准操作规程》等相关规范要求,制定并落实一系列措施。结果对血液透析室实施规范化管理后,有效地预防和控制医院感染。结论规范落实血液透析室医院感染管理与监测是控制血液透析室医院感染切实可行的有效措施。

OBJECTIVE To implement the infection management and monitoring of dialysis in hospital and improve the quality,ensure the safety of safety of hemodialysis of patients.METHODS According to the relevant code requirement such as Hospital infection control measures,the purification sops（2010）,a series of measures were formulated and implemented.RESULTS The standardized management to hemodialysis room was implemented,the infection was effectively prevented and controlled.CONCLUSION The implementation of the infection management and monitoring to dialysis is the practical and effective measure to control nosocomial infections in hemodialysis room.
