血站感染管理存在问题及对策

Facing problem and countermeasure for the infection management of blood center

目的加强血站感染管理,预防和控制血站感染的发生。方法对血站感染管理工作中存在问题进行分析,并提出对策。结果血站感染管理存在领导重视不够、职责不明确、规章制度不完善、缺乏感染知识的培训、血站感染投入不足和原辅材料监管不严等问题,是导致血站感染的重要因素。结论预防和控制血站感染,必须实现规范化管理。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the infection management of blood center,prevent and control the infectious diseases.METHODS The problems about the infection management of blood center were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.RESULTS The main factors caused the infection management of blood center,including insufficient attention of the leaders,unclear responsibilities,imperfect rules and regulations,lack of training on the knowledge of infection,inadequate investment and not strict supervision of raw and auxiliary materials.CONCLUSION In order to prevent and control the infection management of blood center,it′s very urgent to realize the standardized management.
