摘要
目的研究体外乳杆菌属细菌对白色假丝酵母菌生长的抑制作用。方法选用嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种、短乳杆菌分别与白色假丝酵母菌混合培养,用革兰染色法观察白色假丝酵母菌菌体形态的变化;用菌落形成单位培养技术观察白色假丝酵母菌菌落数量的变化。结果在MRS培养基上混合培养显示,4种乳杆菌属中嗜酸乳杆菌对白色假丝酵母菌的生长抑制作用最强,观察菌体形态,被抑制生长后的白色假丝酵母菌单细胞孢子的细胞壁和细胞质都有较大的改变;加入嗜酸乳杆菌后可将白色假丝酵母菌的数量由原来的(11.62±2.68)×103 CFU/ml降低至(4.23±0.63)×103 CFU/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论嗜酸乳杆菌能抑制白色假丝酵母菌的生长,破坏白色假丝酵母菌菌体的正常结构。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of lactobillus on inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans in vitro.METHODS C.albicans mixed with Lactobillus acidphillus,Lactobillus casei,Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus brevis one by one for culture,the change of the Gram stain and the number of colony forming unit change of candida albicans after culture was observed.RESULTS The mixture culture revealed that Lactobillus acidphillus had the most inhibitory effect on the growth on candida albican in MRS medium.Morphologically,there were obvious changes to the cell wall and cytoplasm of Candida albicans after growth inhibition.After addition of lactobillus acidphillus to MRS medium,the number of colony forming units of candida albicans were decreased from(11.62±2.68)×10^3 CFU/ml to(4.23±0.63)×10^3 CFU/ml(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION Lactobillus acidphillus can inhibit the growth of Candida albicans and destroy its normal structure.
