南宁铁路局铁路职工艾滋病知识及其影响因素分析

Analysis on AIDS Knowledge and Influential Factors Among Railway Workers in Nanning Railway Bureau,2010

[目的]了解铁路职工艾滋病知识知晓情况及对艾滋病防治知识和宣传方式需求情况,为铁路系统制定艾滋病知识宣传策略提供依据。[方法]2010年6月,对南宁铁路局所辖南宁市、柳州市、桂林市的铁路职工按整群抽样原则随机抽取1 500人进行调查,并采用Logistic回归分析铁路职工艾滋病知识知晓率的影响因素。[结果]调查1 439人,艾滋病知识知晓率为85.75%;8个知识点知晓率为65.32%~95.76%。艾滋病知识知晓率,男性为85.46%,女性为87.15%;16~29岁为85.82%,30~39岁为94.01%,40~49岁为86.95%,50~61岁为74.53%（P〈0.05）;机务人员为86.27%,客运人员为83.03%,车务人员为88.65%,工务人员为92.41%,公安人员为76.83%。工龄、不同地区、是否分居是影响职工艾滋病知识知晓率的主要影响因素（P〈0.05）。希望获得的艾滋病知识为预防措施的占64.77%,是传播方式的占56.29%,是对人体危害的占55.59%;最喜欢的宣传方式是电视的占68.31%、是宣传手册的占49.62%、是互连网的占48.71%。[结论]铁路职工艾滋病知识知晓率达到较高水平;工龄、不同地区、是否分居是影响职工艾滋病知识知晓率的主要影响因素。

[Objective]To understand the status of AIDS related knowledge and mode for better acceptation of AIDS publicity,so as to provide the basis for making AIDS publicity strategy. [Methods]758 railway workers from Nannin, Li- uzhou, Guilin cities of Nanning railway bureau were investigated in June 2010 with random sampling method,and non-con- ditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influential factors. [Results]Of the 1 439 workers surveyed, the aware- ness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 85.75% ; the rate of AIDS related knowledge of 8 questions was 65.3% 95.8%;the rate of AIDS related knowledge was 85.46% in males and 87.15%in females; it was 85.82%, 94.01%, 86.95%,74.53%（P〈0.05）in people aged from 16 to 29,30 to 39,40 to 49 and 50 to 61 years old respectively,it was86.27% ,83.03%,88. 65% ,92.41% ,76.83% in the people from maintenance department,passenger department,ve- hicle department, passenger department, department of public affairs and public security department. The working age, dif- ferent areas,live apart for a time were the main factors（ P 〈0.05） ;The main way of obtaining AIDS related knowledge was precautionary measure （ 64.77 %）, the broadcast （ 56.29 %）, harmfulness （ 55.59%） ; mode for better acceptation of AIDS publicity was television （68.31%）,publicity brochure（49.62%）,and internet（48.71%）. [Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among railway workers is higher, the working age, different areas, live apart for a time are the main influential factors.
