摘要
[目的]评价高效抗逆转录病毒疗法（HARRT）对HIV/AIDS患者的疗效。[方法]对福州市100例接受免费抗病毒治疗2~25月的HIV/AIDS患者资料进行分析。[结果]100例治疗者中,服药依从性95.0%以上,死亡6例,目前在治94例,症状均有不同程度改善。CD4细胞计数,治疗前为121.9±97.8/μl,治疗0~3个月、3~6个月、12个月、24个月分别为199.56±117.51、240.13±152.59、273.73±146.56、268.22±99.89/μl。治疗后病毒载量检测34例,23例在检测水平以下,9例在500拷贝/ml以下。[结论]联合抗病毒治疗对艾滋病患者有确切疗效。
[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of highly active antiretroviral therapy （HARRT） in patients infected with HIV-1 in Fuzhou city. [Methods]100 HIV-1 patients receiving HARRT for 2-25 months were investigated and ana- lyzed. [Results]Of 100 patients receiving HARRT, 6 cases died, 94 cases felt better than before. There were more than 95.0 G drug compliance. The mean CD4 ＋ T cells count were 121.9 ± 97.8/μl in pre HARRT period, post-HARRT for 3 months,6 months,12 months,24 months,the mean CD4＋ T cells count were 199.56±117.51、240.13±152.59、273.73±146.56、268.22±99.89/μl. After receiving the treatment of HARRT, 34 cases viral load were tested, viral load of 23 ca- ses were undetectable level, 9 cases were below 500 copy/ml. [Conclusion] HARRT is effective for the patients infected with HIV-1 in Fuzhou city.
