摘要
[目的]了解山东省各级疾控机构艾滋病防治机构和人员状况,进一步加强机构和人力资源配置。[方法]对2007~2009年山东省艾滋病综合防治工作信息报表进行描述性分析。[结果]截至2009年,山东省17个市和102个县(市、区)设立了艾滋病防治科室;全省专职人员530人,其中省级26人,市级88人,平均每市5.18人,县级416人,平均每县(市、区)2.99人;高级职称80人,占总人数的15.09%;中级职称237人,占总人数的44.72%;初级职称180人,占总人数的33.96%;无职称38人,占总人数的7.17%。[结论]山东省部分县(市、区)需加强艾滋病防治机构建设,全省艾滋病防治人员数量严重不足,各地要加强人力资源建设,合理配置艾滋病防治工作的人力资源。
[Objective]To understand the status of agencies and human resources for AIDS control at all levelsl in Shandong province,so as to improve the outfit of agencies and human resources.[Methods]AIDS work report forms were descriptively analyzed.[Results]At the end of 2009,there were 17 cities and 102 counties that established AIDS control and prevention offices.There were 530 staff in Shandongl province,which included 26 provincial staff,88 staff at city levels(the average was 5.18) and 416 staff at county levels(the average was 2.99).There were 80 senior title staff(15.09%),237 medium title staff(44.72%),180 primary title staff(33.96%) and no title staff(7.17%).[Conclusion]Some counties should enhance the building of AIDS agency.The number of staff for HIV control in Shandong is insufficient.Therefore human resources in these places should be strengthened and rationally allocated for AIDS control.
